Computer Center
Computers and internet access are provided to individuals who express an interest in building on their potential to pursue future vocational positions, who benefit from engaging in activities that require focus and problem solving, who have the capacity to follow sequential directives, and who display an ability to act responsibly. Throughout the duration of the computer sessions, consumers will be encouraged to develop frustration tolerance and coping skills, to practice socialization in the form of teamwork and requesting/providing assistance, and to develop new ways of communicating with others.
