Turning Point Family CARE, LLC was founded on April 1, 2010 as a result of the merger between Turning Point Adolescent Center, LLC and NC Family CARE, PLLC. 

Turning Point Adolescent Center had been operating in Durham, NC since 2007; providing services to over 400 consumers throughout the years, while providing jobs to over 100 mental health professionals. 

Owned and operated by Mr. Darryl Stanford, a native of Raleigh, NC, Turning Point Adolescent Center has made many efforts to build a safe place for kids to learn, grow, develop, and excel in their life.

NC Family CARE, PLLC opened in 2009 as a subsidiary of NC Training Help, PLLC, a state endorsed training company.  Owned and operated by Ms. Elizabeth Grady, LPC; NC Family CARE, PLLC had set a strong presence in Wake County, and had built the foundation of a quality agency through the core values of Counseling, Advocacy, Resources, and Empowerment.

In an effort to provide services in two major metropolitan cities with the intentions on growing statewide, Mr. Stanford and Ms. Grady decided to merge their companies to create a new more vibrant agency with a focus on QUAILTY.  The core values of Turning Point Family CARE are Counseling, Advocacy, Resources, and Empowerment.
